(Sharecast News) - Valterra Platinum revealed on Friday that non-executive director Hendrik Faul had disposed of 9,000 shares in the London-listed mining company.

Faul, who joined Valterra in May, sold the shares at an average price of 47.70 each, for a total value of 429,300.

As of 1550 GMT, Valterra shares were up 0.21% at 4,710p.
