In most cases when we are providing the Retirement Service, HL is a controller of the personal data we process relating to scheme members and beneficiaries.
In situations where we act as a processor for employers or the trustees of schemes, we don’t currently engage any sub-processors to process the personal data of scheme members or beneficiaries on our behalf. We may update this page from time to time if this changes, and will notify users of our Retirement Service in accordance with our terms.
