How to change your phone number

1. Log in online to see your accounts.   
2. Select ‘Account settings’ from the tab list. 
3. Select ‘Personal details and statement delivery’.   
4. If you have two-factor authentication set up, you’ll be asked to enter your Online Password and the verification code we’ll send to your mobile number.  
5. Select ‘Edit personal details’.  
6. Enter your new phone number.  
7. Select ‘Save’ to confirm your changes.  

It is not currently possible to change your phone number using the app on an iPhone. Please login to the HL website if you need to update your details.

Android users can update their phone number as follows:

1. Select ‘Accounts’ in the bottom left corner.   
2. Log in using your chosen verification method.  
3. Select ‘Settings’.  
4. Select Personal details’, then select ‘Edit’ next to Phone number.  
5. Enter your new mobile number.  
6. Select ‘Save’ to confirm.
