Centaur Media completes MiniMBA sale, mulls shareholder return

(Sharecast News) - Centaur Media announced on Friday that it has completed the sale of its MiniMBA business to Brave Bison for an enterprise value of 19m, following the initial announcement of the transaction on 25 June.

The AIM-traded firm said the disposal included the Mini Training Company, comprising the trade and assets of MiniMBA.

Centaur confirmed that there had been no material changes to the terms or circumstances disclosed in the original announcement.

The company said it bhad received the proceeds from the transaction and intended to return capital to shareholders, subject to consultation.

It said the form, timing and scale of the return would be determined by the board, with further details to be announced in due course.

Centaur also confirmed that it would publish its interim results for the six months ended 30 June on 17 September.

At 1412 BST, shares in Centaur Media were up 1.18% at 33.39p
