Dodds brings more than 20 years of experience across mining, mineral processing and major capital projects, including senior roles at Alcoa, Wood and Iluka Resources.
Neale has more than 14 years of environmental approvals and permitting experience and will oversee the regulatory strategy for Pitfield.
