Litigation Capital to write off £0.8m after competition claim loss appeal denied

(Sharecast News) - Litigation Capital Management said on Friday that its funded party had been unsuccessful in seeking permission to appeal a competition claim loss.

The AIM-traded dispute finance specialist said the investment had been held at a value of 0.8m, or AUD 1.5m, as at 31 December 2025.

That amount would now be written off.

At 1321 BST, shares in Litigation Capital Management were down 14.57% at 1.7p.
