Netcall flags 20pc improvement in full-year revenue

(Sharecast News) - Netcall said on Tuesday that full-year revenue rose 20% to an expected 57.7m, including 12% organic growth, while adjusted EBITDA increased 23% to 12.1m and the margin improved to 21% from 20%.

Cloud annual contract value grew 37% to 46.3m, including 24% underlying organic growth, as new customer wins and additional subscriptions strengthened recurring revenue.

Sales of AI-related products almost tripled and featured in more than 40% of new cloud orders, while the integration of Jadu delivered close to 1.0m of annualised cost savings and initial cross-sales.

Netcall ended the year with net cash of 21.0m after 13.4m of acquisition-related payments and entered the new financial year with a record sales pipeline.

At 1156 BST, shares in Necall were up 1.76% at 115.5p.
