(Sharecast News) - Fintech business Suppply@Me said on Monday that its FY24 report and accounts would not be finalised ahead of the 30 April deadline.
In accordance with listing rules, Supply@Me has to publish its audited FY24 annual report by the end of April. The group said it was continuing to work with auditors to finalise the audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.
However, despite the "best efforts of all parties", Supply@Me said it now requires "further time" to finalise its accounts and for the auditor to complete its procedures.
As a result of the delay, the AIM-listed firm's shares will be temporarily suspended from trading on the London Stock Exchange from 1 May until the publication of its audited accounts.
Chief executive Alessandro Zamboni said: "The Supply@Me team have been working diligently with Bright Graham Murray to deliver the accounts on time. Shareholders should be assured that publishing the accounts and removing the suspension of share trading remain our priority."
As of 1155 BST, Supply@Me shares were untraded at 0.0040p.
