(Sharecast News) - Ten Lifestyle Group unveiled two new products - 'Ten Digital Dining' and 'Ten Guardian' - on Friday, as part of a broader artificial intelligence strategy to enhance global service delivery, increase member engagement, and drive operational efficiency.
The AIM-traded firm said the Ten Digital Dining service would integrate OpenTable into its concierge platform as a preferred booking partner, alongside existing integrations with SevenRooms and Ten's own dining assets.
It said the update would give members access to more than 60,000 restaurants across key markets including the UK, US, Canada, the Middle East, Mexico, Australia and parts of Asia.
The service would also offer premium benefits unavailable through public channels, such as complimentary courses, exclusive discounts, and kitchen tours - features aimed at improving both member satisfaction and corporate client loyalty metrics.
It said the second product, Ten Guardian, is an in-house AI quality assurance tool designed to review all member-facing communications.
Trained on Ten's own service data and quality standards, it would evaluate emails, quotes and research outputs in real time to ensure tone, accuracy and brand consistency, while improving turnaround times and scaling quality control.
"Launching the best digital dining service into multiple markets and developing Ten Guardian represent a step-change in our ability to serve more members with higher quality, greater consistency and improved operational efficiency," said CEO Alex Cheatle.
"These innovations combine Ten's 25+ years of expertise and assets with the latest technology to build the world's most trusted concierge service at scale."
At 1105 BST, shares in Ten Lifestyle Group were down 0.41% at 61p.
