Aston Martin strengthens financial position with new £550m debt financing

(Sharecast News) - Aston Margin Lagonda announced a new £550m debt financing on Wednesday with HPS Investment Partners, strengthening its financial position and allowing it to execute on its long-term growth ambition.

The luxury car maker said the financing boosts its liquidity to around £340m as of the end of June.

Chief financial officer Doug Lafferty said: "This new £550m debt financing significantly strengthens our liquidity, providing us with both additional resilience and further flexibility to execute our current and future product plans."

US investment firm HPS Investment Partners is owned by BlackRock.
