(Sharecast News) - Blackstone is reportedly considering breaking up British leisure and hospitality company Bourne Leisure, splitting up and selling both the Haven Holidays and Warner Leisure chains.

According to Sky News, the private equity giant which has had a controlling stake in Bourne Leisure, is looking to put Haven up for sale "as early as next year".

The news outlet, citing people close to the matter, said that a Haven sale would then be followed by the divestment of Warner.

Blackstone is said to have invested more than 550m across both businesses since it took over Bourne Leisure in 2021.

The proposed auction is still in the early stages, with banks not yet hired to work on the sales, Sky News reported.
