LSEG appoints Schroders chair Elizabeth Corley to the board

(Sharecast News) - London Stock Exchange Group said on Friday that it has appointed Elizabeth Corley to the board as a non-executive director with effect from the fourth quarter.

Corley, who is currently the chair of asset management firm Schroders, will also join the Risk and Nomination Committees.

LSEG chair Don Robert said: "Elizabeth is a highly regarded non-executive director with a wealth of investor, governance and boardroom experience and I am delighted to welcome her to the board.

"Her extensive experience working in global companies across financial services will benefit LSEG as we continue to scale our business and drive industry-wide transformational change."
