Nvidia sells remaining stake in Arm

(Sharecast News) - Nvidia has sold its remaining stake in chip technology firm Arm Holdings, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday.

The US tech giant sold 1.1m shares in Arm - which it attempted but failed to buy in 2020 for $40bn - in the final quarter of last year.

Arm is majority-owned by Japan's SoftBank.

At 1330 GMT, Arm shares were up 1.4% in pre-market trade at $128.70.
