Director dealings: Altitude Group founder raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Altitude Group revealed on Thursday that chief strategy officer Martin Varley had acquired 26,124 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software firm.

Varley, who founded Altitude in 2005, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 21.8p each, for a total value of 5,695.03.

Following the purchased, Varley holds a beneficial interest in 10.09m ordinary Altitude shares, representing approximately 13.8% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1445 BST, Altitude shares were up 2.33% at 22p.
