Director dealings: Asos deputy chairman snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Asos revealed on Friday that deputy chairman William Barker had acquired 1.62m ordinary shares in the London-listed fast-fashion retailer.

Barker, who made the purchase via his interest in Camelot Capital Partners, bought the shares on Thursday at an average price of 235.02p each, for a total value of 3.82m.

Following the transaction, Camelot Capital holds 20.45m ordianry Asos shares.

As of 1505 BST, Asos shares were up 3.6% at 259p.
