(Sharecast News) - Intercede Group revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Dan O'Brien had acquired 22,070 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed cybersecurity software firm.
O'Brien, who was appointed to the board in October 2023, purcahsed the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 120p each, for a total value of £26,484.
Following the purchase, O'Brien holds a beneficial interest in 75,714 ordinary Intercede shares, representing approximately 0.124% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1540 BST, Intercede shares were up 2.72% at 122.75p.
