(Sharecast News) - One Health Group revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Zak McMurray had acquired 39,840 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed provider of NHS-funded surgical procedures.
McMurray, who joined One Health Group in May 2021, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 251p each, for a total value of 99,998.40.
Following the transaction, McMurray holds a beneficial interest in 53,173 ordinary One Health shares, representing 0.38% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1535 BST, One Health shares were up 0.70% at 250.25p.
