(Sharecast News) - Sage Group revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Lori Mitchell-Keller had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed software firm.
Mitchell-Keller, who was appointed to the board in February 2025, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 839.37p each, for a total value of 83,937.
Elsewhere, the Blue Coast Capital board representative for Everyman Media has bought just over 118,500 shares in the company, taking the private equity firm's interest closer to the 30% takeover threshold, while Unilever's research and development boss Richard Slater offloaded 1m worth of shares after the stock hit its highest level since September 2019 just last week.
As of 1500 GMT, Sage shares were up 1.02% at 809.20p.
