(Sharecast News) - Watkin Jones revealed on Friday that non-executive chair Alan Giddins had acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed developer.
Giddins, who was appointed to the board of Watkin Jones in July 2021, purchased the shares at an average price of 16.86p each, for a total value of £29,844.32.
Following the transaction, Giddins now holds 1.2m ordinary Watkin Jones shares, representing 0.47% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1535 BST, Watkin Jones shares were down 9.26% at 16.33p.
