Director dealings: Rosebank chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Rosebank Industries revealed on Friday that chairman Justin Dowley had acquired 161,576 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed turnaround specialist.

Dowley, who took over as chairman in 2024, purchased the shares at an average price of 308.68p each, for a total value of £498,748.61.

Following the transaction, Dowley holds a beneficial interest in 906,049 ordinary Rosebank shares.

As of 1410 BST, Rosebank shares were up 4.61% at 318p.
