As well as unit trust and OEIC research, Ben is responsible for research into more esoteric products such as Venture Capital Trusts and Enterprise Investment Schemes. He is regularly quoted in personal financial press on a wide variety of personal finance and investment issues.

Meera has an MSc in International Business Economics and the Investment Management Certificate. Her extensive knowledge of the fund industry means she's often asked to offer her opinions and comments in the press. She is a key member of the Wealth 150 team, identifying funds likely to offer the best growth potential.

Our research team is headed up by Mark Dampier, who's regarded as one of the very best in the profession. Mark began his career in financial services in 1983 and joined Hargreaves Lansdown in 1998. Mark contributes regularly to The Times and The Telegraph, and writes a weekly column in The Independent.

Richard is primarily responsible for researching UK growth funds. He also writes for the Investment Times and website covering a variety of funds across all sectors. Richard regularly meets fund managers to discuss their outlook and the positioning of their funds.

Rob has had many roles at Hargreaves Lansdown, including working in the Corporate Pension division before becoming a financial practitioner when he achieved his Diploma in Financial Planning. Since joining the investment research team he has also passed the Investment Management Certificate. His wealth of experience makes him an invaluable member of the team. He currently covers Europe and the UK, meeting regularly with fund managers, as well as researching Venture Capital Trusts.

Richard joined Hargreaves Lansdown after completing his law degree. He has extensive investment management qualifications from the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute and Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). Richard covers a range of sectors including Absolute Return, Asia, China / Greater China, Japan and the US. He also writes for the Investment Times and the website covering a variety of funds across all sectors.
