Deciding where to invest

The choice of over 3,000 funds can at times be a little daunting but we can help you in many ways to identify the funds that show the potential to perform. Here are just some of our investment ideas we provide to help you decide where to invest:

  • The Wealth Shortlist is designed to help investors build well-balanced and diversified portfolios.

The list features both active and passive funds from across the main sectors – it’s is a starting point for people who know where they want to invest, but aren’t sure which fund to choose.

The list features both active and passive funds from across the main sectors. We continually monitor and reassess the list to make sure it only contains the funds we believe offer the greatest potential.

All funds on the Wealth Shortlist must pass a rigorous selection process. We put funds under the microscope to make sure the list only contains the funds that our in-depth analysis indicates have the greatest performance potential.

If a fund doesn’t feature on the Wealth Shortlist, it isn’t a recommendation to sell. However, if you’re thinking of adding to your investments, we believe the Wealth Shortlist is a good place to start.

  • Master Portfolios can help get you investing with a diversified range of funds. There are five example portfolios to choose from depending on your aims and attitude to risk.

A professional fund manager runs each of the funds. But you’ll be responsible for regularly reviewing your portfolio to make sure it still meets your needs.
