(Sharecast News) - Content solutions firm RWS Holdings announced on Friday that chief financial officer Candida Davies will step down from the role at the end of 2025.

Davies has agreed to stay with the firm until the end of 2025 in order to support RWS with a smooth transition and the reporting of its full-year results.

The AIM-listed group has already initiated a search for her successor.

Chief executive Benjamin Faes said: "We would like to thank Candy for her extensive contribution and commitment over the last three years during a pivotal time for the business and our industry. Candy has been a key member of our broader leadership team, which has made considerable progress in redefining the group's strategy and operating model, strengthening its position for the future."
