(Sharecast News) - Building materials company Grafton announced on Thursday that chairman Ian Tyler will step down from the board after informing directors he intends to leave the role due to other commitments.
Grafton said the board has begun the process of appointing a successor, with senior independent director Dr Rosheen McGuckian leading the search, supported by an external recruitment firm.
The FTSE 250-listed firm added that further updates will be provided as the appointment process progresses.
As of 1125 BST, Grafton shares were down 1.53% at 918.60p.
