(Sharecast News) - Hercules revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Brusk Korkmaz had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed construction engineering firm.
Korkmaz, who founded Hercules in 2008, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 29.25p each, for a total value of 29,250.
Following the transaction, Korkmaz holds a beneficial interest in 18.17m ordinary Hercules shares, representing approximately 22.56% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1445 BST, Hercules shares were up 1.50% at 29.69p.
