(Sharecast News) - Trifast revealed on Monday that non-executive director Nicholas Mills had acquired 3.97m ordinary shares in the London-listed industrial fasteners business.
Mills, who snapped up the stock via certain investment vehicles, purchased the shares at an average price of 68p, for a total value of 2.69m.
Following the transaction, Mills holds a beneficial interest in 27.68m ordinary Trifast shares, representing 20.497% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1555 BST, Trifast shares were up 3.49% at 75.76p.
