Director dealings: Kromek chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Kromek Group revealed on Tuesday that chairman Rakesh Sharma had acquired 145,454 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed global detection firm.

Sharma, who took over as chairman in January 2021, purchased the shares at an average price of 6.88p each, for a total value of £10,007.24.

Following the transaction, Sharma now holds a beneficial interest in 1.72m ordinary Kromek shares, representing approximately 0.3% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1535 BST, Kromek shares were down 0.44% at 6.85p.
