(Sharecast News) - Rosebank Industries revealed on Wednesday that senior independent director Christopher Miller had acquired 414,803 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed industrial company.
Miller, who was appointed to the board of Rosebank in October 2024, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 334.64p each, for a total value of £1.38m.
Following the purchase, Miller holds a beneficial interest in 2.07m ordinary Rosebank shares.
As of 1530 BST, Rosebank shares were up 1.19% at 341p.
