Director dealings: Motorpoint non-executive director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Motorpoint Group revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Keith Mansfield had acquired 43,124 ordinary shares in the London-listed used vehicle retailer.

Mansfield, who was appointed to the board of Motorpoint in May 2020, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 125.01p each, for a total value of 53,909.31.

Following the transaction, Mansfield holds a beneficial interest in a total of 80,000 ordinary Motorpoint shares, representing approximately 0.10% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1520 BST, Motorpoint shares were untraded at 124p.
