(Sharecast News) - SRT Marine Systems revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Oliver Plunkett had acquired 190,456 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed maritime surveillance systems provider.
Plunkett, who joined the board of SRT Marine in 2024, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 77.96p each, for a total value of 148,474.73.
Following the transaction, Plunkett holds a beneficial interest in 39.94m ordinary SRT shares, representing approximately 14.63% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1530 BST, SRT Marine shares were down 0.89% at 78.30p.
