(Sharecast News) - Chesnara revealed on Wedensday that chief financial officer Tom Howard had acquired 14,490 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed life insurance firm.
Howard, who was appointed to the board in 2024, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 343p each, for a total value of £49,700.70.
Following the transaction, Howard holds a beneficial interest in 232,502 ordinary Chesnara shares.
Separately, Chesnara said chief executive Steve Murray had snapped up 14,555 ordinary shares at an average price of 341.87p each, raising his stake in the firm to 665,647 ordinary shares.
As of 1535 BST, Chesnara shares were up 2.95% at 349.53p.
