Director dealings: Hilton Food CEO snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Hilton Food Group revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Mark Allen had acquired 14,500 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed food packaging business.

Allen, who took over as CEO in July, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 682p each, for a total value of £98,890.

As of 1535 BST, Hilton Food shares were up 1.79% at 690.15p.
