Joanne McNamara is set to step into the role by the end of November at the latest, after serving her notice period at Oxford Properties.
McNamara has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, including 16 years at Oxford Properties where she is currently Executive Vice President for Europe. In her time at Oxford, she has been instrumental in building an £8bn portfolio of office, retail, logistics and residential assets across Europe.
The shares rose 1.6% in early trading.
