Am I eligible for an HL SIPP?

If you are a UK resident and under the age of 75, you should be eligible to contribute to the HL SIPP.

You may also be eligible if you have been a resident at some point during the current tax year, if you had earnings chargeable to UK income tax or if you or your spouse or civil partner is a Crown Servant based overseas.

If you do not meet the above criteria, you may be able to transfer a UK Registered Pension Scheme to the HL SIPP, but you are unlikely to be able to make contributions. Before transferring, please ensure you won't lose any valuable guarantees or other benefits, or incur excessive exit fees.
