GreenFirst Forest Products Inc., formerly Itasca Capital Ltd., is a Canada-based company, which operates as a forest product business company. The Company manufactures and markets forest and paper products. It operates through two segments: Forest Products and Newsprint. Through its Forest Products segment, the Company manufactures and markets a range of forest products for use in residential and commercial construction, including SPF lumber, wood chips and by-products. The Newsprint segment manufactures, and markets paper grade products used to print newspapers, advertising materials and other publications. The Company owns approximately six lumber mills and one newsprint mill located in Ontario and Quebec. The Company also owns a sawmill in Kenora, Ontario. Its subsidiaries include 1347 Investors LLC, Lumber Assets Holding L.P., 2776034 Ontario Inc., and GreenFirst Forest Products (QC) Inc.
