Fee Structure
An investment management fee payable quarterly in arrears, in an amount equal to 0.40% p.a. of the consolidated TA of the company. No performance fees are charged. The Investment Manager may resign its role upon 60 days written notice.
Dividend Policy
The Company targets: (i) an annualised total return in the low-to-mid teens over the long-term; and (ii) a dividend of 2% per quarter (equating to 8% p.a.) based on the Issue Price, with the Target Dividend increasing to 2.50% per quarter (equating to 10% p.a.) of the Issue Price in the second year following the Initial Admission Date.
