Its 74%-owned Gravelotte project is located in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. Gravelotte is owned, via Gem Venus, which owns 74% of the issued share capital of ADIT Mining (Proprietary) Limited and Venus Emerald (Proprietary) Limited, which hold all the mineral rights in respect of emerald mining and extraction at Gravelotte. The Company’s subsidiary, Malaika Exploration Limited, owns two large-scale exploration licenses covering 1,284 square kilometers (km2) in northeast Zambia. Its licenses include prospectively viable quantities of high-grade graphite, coltan (containing niobium and tantalum), lithium, and rare earth elements (REEs). Its Curlew Emerald Mine is located in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. Curlew Emerald Mine is situated 90 kilometers (km) west of Marble Bar and five km north of the Woodstock-Marble Bar Road in Western Australia.
