(Sharecast News) - Amcomri Group reported a strong first-half performance on Thursday, with revenue and underlying earnings expected to rise in line with forecasts, supported by robust demand, acquisitions and operational efficiencies.

The AIM-traded engineering services and industrial manufacturing group said revenue for the six months to 30 June 2025 would be at least £31.8m, up 17% from £27.3m a year earlier.

Underlying adjusted EBITDA is expected to increase 15% to around £4.3m from £3.8m in the same period of 2024.

The firm completed two acquisitions, buying EMC Elite Engineering Services in April and Randor Technologies, which trades as Electronix Services, after the period end in August.

Both deals were expected to be immediately earnings-accretive, broaden Amcomri's technical offering and open new markets.

Amcomri also secured a major contract in the renewable energy sector during the period, which it said would underpin its growth trajectory.

"We are very pleased with the Group's performance in the first half of the year," said Siobhán Tyrrell, chief financial officer.

"The major contract win is a clear endorsement of our capabilities, and the acquisitions mark another important step in executing our growth strategy.

"We enter the second half of the year with positive momentum and strong continued confidence in the group's prospects."

The company said it would report its interim results on 23 September, followed by analyst and investor briefings on 23 and 24 September respectively.

At 0946 BST, shares in Amcomri Group were up 3.03% at 136p.
