(Sharecast News) - Guardian Metal Resources announced plans to pursue a US listing and stock offering Monday to help develop its tungsten projects in Nevada.

The AIM-traded explorer said it intended to conduct an offering of ordinary shares or American depositary receipts in the United States, alongside securing a listing on a US securities exchange.

It said the proceeds would be used to advance its assets in Nevada.

The company said it expected the transaction to complete in the first half of 2026.

Davis Polk & Wardwell was advising on the proposed listing and offering.

At 1253 BST, shares in Guardian Metal Resources were up 1.52% at 80.4p.
