(Sharecast News) - Payment solutions firm PCI-PAL has signed "a major new integrated reseller partnership" with "a leading global vendor" in the business communications, AI and CX technology space.

PCI-PAL said on Monday that the partnership followed "a successful period of collaboration" with the unnamed vendor across multiple mutual enterprise customers in North America, Europe and Australia.

Under the agreement, the vendor will resell PCI-PAL's secure payment and engagement solutions to its "extensive global customer base" through both its direct sales organisation and its established international partner ecosystem.

PCI-PAL added that new partnership will not only expand its partner ecosystem but also further strengthen its position within the enterprise CX technology market.

Sales and marketing enablement was already said to be underway, with initial pipeline generation commencing and a full commercial product launch expected later in the current trading year.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

As of 1000 GMT, PCI-PAL shares were down 0.52% at 57.20p.
