(Sharecast News) - Software and training solutions firm Pennant International said on Wednesday that it has now received an 'Invitation to Negotiate' from the UK Ministry of Defence, which commences the formal negotiation process intended to lead to a contract award.
Pennant International stated the anticipated contract value remained at roughly £4.9m, as per its 23 October 2024 announcement, and expects it to commence during Q325.
The AIM-listed group added that a further announcement will be made once the contract has been agreed and signed.
As of 1045 BST, Pennant shares were up 0.98% at 27.77p.
