(Sharecast News) - IT managed services provider Redcentric said on Tuesday that it has appointed Tony Ratcliffe to take over as chief financial officer, with immediate effect.
Ratcliffe joins Redcentric from SourceBio International, a healthcare technology firm, where he led its AIM IPO and a successful restructuring, which contributed to a fourfold increase in revenues and a significant increase in profitability over a two-year stretch.
In prior CFO roles, Tony has acquired varied operational, transactional, and strategic experience and driven significant growth, both organically and via M&A, with an ultimate focus on creating value for shareholders.
Chief executive Michelle Senecal De Fonseca said: "I would like to welcome Tony to the Redcentric Board and look forward to working with him as we look to grow the business. Tony has many years' experience in growing technology companies and driving shareholder value, which will bring valuable expertise to Redcentric."
As of 0830 BST, Redcentric shares were up 0.33% at 121.90p.
