(Sharecast News) - Ascent Resources said in an update on Tuesday that it is awaiting further clarity on the timing of a final ruling in its Energy Charter Treaty claim against Slovenia, after the arbitration tribunal prepared a draft award.
The AIM-traded oil and gas company said it had been advised by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes that a draft award had been completed, although the decision was not yet final due to the complexity of the case.
Ascent said it expected to receive an update on the timing of the final award on or around 30 April, adding that it would provide further updates as appropriate.
At 1125 GMT, shares in Ascent Resources were up 0.42% at 0.45p.
