Director dealings: CML Microsystems director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - CML Microsystems revealed on Wednesday that non-executive director Nathan Zommer had acquired 559,134 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed semiconductor products manufacturer.

Zommer, who joined CML in December 2023, purchased the shares at an average price of 262p each, for a total value of 1.46m.

Following the transaction, Zommer now holds a beneficial interest in 1.25m ordinary CML shares, representing approximately 7.54% of the company's total voting rights.

As of 1555 BST, CML shares were up 8.54% at 282.20p.
