(Sharecast News) - Microlise revealed on Tuesday that chief financial officer Nick Wightman had acquired 18,827 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software firm.
Wightman, who joined Microlise in 2012, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 106.20p each, for a total value of 19,994.27.
Following the transaction, Wightman holds a beneficial interest in 139,353 ordinary Microlise shares, representing 0.12% of the total issued share capital of the company.
As of 1530 BST, Microlise shares were up 4.85% at 108.0p.
