Director dealings: Quantum Helium director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Quantum Helium revealed on Friday that executive director Andrew Scott had acquired 45m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed firm.

Scott, who joined Quantum in June 2025, purchased the shares on 29 and 30 December at an average price of 0.04p each, for a total value of 18,000.

Following the transactions, Scott now has a beneficial interest in 174.79m ordinary Quantum shares, representing 0.52% of the current total voting rights of the company.

As of 1510 GMT, Quantum Helium shares were down 2.19% at 0.036p.
