Director dealings: Redcentric director snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Redcentric revealed on Monday that non-exexutive director Richard McGuire had acquired 50,008 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed IT managed services provider.

McGuire, who was appointed to the board of Redcentric in September 2024, purchased the shares in two seperate transactions, snapping them up at an average price of 118.50p each, for a total value of 59,219.52.

As of 1400 GMT, Redcentric shares were down 1.41% at 118.06p.
