(Sharecast News) - RWS Holdings revealed on Thursday that chair Julie Southern had acquired 74,611 ordinary shares in the London-listed IP translation services firm.

Southern, who took over as chair in October 2023, purchased the shares at an average price of 67.01p each, for a total value of 49,996.83.

As of 1610 BST, RWS shares were up 1.49% at 68.0p.
