To seek to provide Shareholders with an attractive return, principally in the form of quarterly income distributions and with the potential for capital and income growth through exposure to a diversified portfolio of Healthcare Real Estate Assets. The investment policy is to acquire, own, lease, renovate, extend and redevelop high quality, Healthcare Real Estate Assets in the UK, in particular residential care homes and to lease those assets to care home operators and other healthcare service providers under full repairing and insuring leases.
The advisory fee is 1% p.a. of the Companys NAV up to GBP 500m and 0.70% thereafter, payable quarterly. The Investment Management Agreement may be terminated by either party on six months notice,
The Company has a progressive dividend policy with a target to grow its annual aggregate dividend in line with the inflation-linked rental uplifts received by the Group under the terms of the rent review provisions contained in the Group leases in the prior financial year.On this basis, the Company is targeting a dividend for the year to 31 December 2022 to increase by 2.0% to 6.54 pence per share. The dividend will be paid quarterly.
