The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are enabling payment acceptance at merchants, acquirer processing, switching financial transactions, hosting cards and processing payment transactions and providing end-to-end management services and digital payment services. The Company’s business is organized into two segments, which include Merchant Services, and Outsourced Payment Services. The Merchant Services segment provides a range of technology-led payment solutions to its merchants through a full omnichannel service allowing them to accept payments of multiple types, across multiple payment channels. Through its Outsourced Payments Services segment, it provides support to financial institutions (FI), fintech and other customers in over 50 countries across two main business lines: issuer processing and acquirer processing.
